Phonics Screening - This month (November) Year 2 children will have a phonics screening assessment. This is an assessment that they missed at the end of Year 1. The Year 1 children will complete this assessment next June. Please find attached a letter which will hopefully explain some of the 'jargon' to you and provide you with ideas to help your child to prepare for this.
