Housemartin

Dear Housemartins,

So sorry that Covid has disrupted our plans for the final week of term.  I do hope to see work from you  posted up on Seesaw during the week.

I will try to post work up as early as I can so you can get your work done early and enjoy some time outdoors. #

Please remember to stay safe in the sun.

In September,  I will award a Merit to all children who complete the Summer library Reading Challenge, whether you are in my class next academic year or not.

Enjoy your reading and this final week of term.

I hope you and your families all stay well

best regards

Mrs Sager

While Year 4 were at Braeside, Year 3 had a lot of fun outdoors finding different species of snails. We identified them using a key before carefully replacing them where they came from. We also completed several outdoor challenges.

Welcome to Housemartin Class page. We are a mixed year 3 and 4 class, our teacher is Mrs Sager and our teaching assistant is Mrs Raymond.

We are so pleased to welcome the children back into the classroom and can't wait for learning to begin. We will be using the school website to share key letters for the beginning of each term, give suggestions for home learning ideas and resources and to share pictures of the children's learning.  Please continue to check Seesaw and Parentmail for reminders and whole school letters.

There is a link to our termly curriculum letter  and topic web which outlines how our topic links to the National Curriculum.

If you are looking for some ideas for books for you and your child to get stuck into, then there is a link to the schools Reading List Website which has been updated for this year.

We appreciate that it is a little strange not being able to come into the classroom with your child at the moment. If you have any concerns or questions, please could you send them in to the school office at admin@paxcroft.wilts.sch.uk

best regards

Mrs Sager and Mrs Raymond.
