Term 4 - Invaders and Settlers
Welcome back to a very busy term! We are continuing with our topic of Invaders and Settlers with our studies now focusing on Vikings. A lot of our time this term will be spent rehearsing for our performance of Roald Dahl's Cinderella, we cannot wait for you to see it!
Term 3 - Invaders and Settlers
Welcome back! We hope you have had a relaxing Christmas. This term we will be learning about Anglo-Saxons and Scots. Keep looking back for more updates on our learning this term.
We have lots of very exciting things planned for our first term back. We've already experienced viking and dragon day where we got to pass an initiation test, make our own dragons and go on a dragon egg hunt. We have already started to design our own Chinese dragons and will make these later on in the term as part of our DT learning and each of us will be contributing a designed felt square for a whole class patchwork quilt as part of our art learning. On the 30th September we have a poet coming to visit us to help us write dragon themed poems.
